Job Summary
Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and comp goals while recruiting, developing, and retaining a collaborative team. Drive customer engagement through product promotions, social media, and benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup. Maintain operational soundness by overseeing shrink prevention, payroll, scheduling, and merchandising using planograms. Collaborate with retail leadership on trends and feedback, run sales reports to guide strategy, and launch promos on time. Requires 1-2 years of retail store management experience, a high school diploma or GED, and ability to handle up to 50 pounds of merchandise.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Able to navigate your way around the store
- Able to merchandise product utilizing approved store equipment
- Able to pack and unpack boxes of awesome merch that may weigh up to 50 pounds
