Job Summary
Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and comp goals by recruiting, developing, and retaining a collaborative team. Drive customer engagement through product promotions, social media, and BOPIS initiatives while maintaining operational soundness via shrink prevention, payroll oversight, and schedule management. Merchandise the store using planograms, launch promos on time, and run sales reports to guide strategy. Collaborate with retail leadership on trends and feedback. Requires 1-2 years of store management experience, high school diploma, and ability to handle heavy lifting.
Required Qualifications
- Full-Time Assistant Manager
- At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience
- You've led teams to success
- You'll have skills to pay the bills: communication, recruiting, operations (payroll, reporting, scheduling, merchandising), and be a developer of your peeps
- You have Avenger-like skills: communication, time management, professionalism, operations, and a drive to develop your peeps
- You'll have to be at least 18 years of age
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Able to navigate your way around the store
- Able to merchandise product utilizing approved store equipment
- Able to pack and unpack boxes of awesome merch that may weigh up to 50 pounds
