Job Summary
Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, recruiting, and developing a collaborative team. Lead operations by managing shrink, payroll, and schedules while running sales reports to guide strategy. Merchandise the store using planograms, launch promotions on time, and drive customer engagement through social media and BOPIS initiatives. Collaborate with retail leadership on trends and feedback. Requires 1-2 years of retail store management experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to handle heavy merchandise. Full-time role with reasonable accommodations available.
Required Qualifications

- At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Able to navigate your way around the store
- Merchandise product utilizing approved store equipment
- Pack and unpack boxes of awesome merch that may weigh up to 50 pounds
