Job Summary
Lead and support store operations as the Full-Time Assistant Manager by helping the Store Manager achieve sales targets, recruiting and developing a collaborative team, driving customer engagement through promotions and social channels (including benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup), and maintaining an operational balance of delegation, customer-first selling, shrink prevention, payroll, and scheduling. You’ll run sales reports, merchandise with planograms, launch promos on time, and develop a high-performing, customer-focused team in Sunrise, FL.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
