Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager role at PacSun Danbury Fair. Responsible for assisting the Store Manager in leading a customer-focused, top-line sales-driven, profitable and productive PacSun store. Leads by example to deliver engaging customer experiences, handles policy-compliant issue resolution, maintains a clean, safe, and well-organized store, coaches sales associates, ensures execution of visual standards and brand directives, drives merchandise flow and stockroom organization, and supports operations to meet performance KPIs. Role requires supervising floor operations, supporting associate engagement, delegating tasks to meet operational needs, and adapting to peak periods. Must demonstrate passion for product, brands, fashion and trends, and possess strong communication, time management, and computer skills; High School Diploma or equivalent preferred and candidate must be at least 18 years old. Full-time hours with flexibility including weekends/nights and peak holiday periods.
Required Qualifications
