Job Summary
Lead the store in driving top-line sales, maintaining visual standards, and ensuring all associates follow policies and safety procedures. Supervise daily operations by coaching sales associates, delegating tasks, and resolving customer situations while holding the team accountable for KPIs. Manage merchandise flow, stockroom organization, and peak-hour coverage to maximize the customer experience. Work full-time hours (32-40 weeks), including weekends and holidays, with a salary range of $18.78-$22.00.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work 32-40 hours a week
- Ability to work weekends
- Ability to work nights
- Ability to work peak holiday periods
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds
