Job Summary
Oversee theatre operations and supervise staff to ensure guest satisfaction and adherence to policies. Responsibilities include training and coaching non-management employees, scheduling and directing staff, interviewing and hiring with GM oversight, managing budgeting and inventory, operating projection and audio-visual systems, ensuring compliance with alcohol-service requirements, risk management and safety, cash handling and deposits, and promoting feature engagements through marketing and promotions. Requires ability to communicate effectively, perform basic math and office tasks, and work across roles as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least three months supervisory experience, or 6 months theatre experience with completion of Cast Certification Program, or a combination thereof
- Regal Responsible Beverage Server training (where applicable)
- Ability to read and understand training materials covering subjects such as sexual harassment and discrimination
