Job Summary
Conduct outbound calls to pre-qualify ERC customers using a provided script and dialer. Document responses, schedule follow-up appointments for the sales team, and maintain accurate lead statuses in the CRM. Maintain professional phone demeanor and follow scripts while engaging prospects naturally. Must be available during EST hours with strong English communication skills. Female candidates are preferred, and prior experience in appointment setting or financial services is a plus. All necessary tools and training are provided.
Required Qualifications
