FULL TIME APARTMENT MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

The Apartment Maintenance Supervisor will oversee all aspects of apartment maintenance, ensuring units, common areas, and building exteriors are well-maintained and service requests are addressed promptly. Key responsibilities include managing vendors, performing inspections, executing routine maintenance repairs, and providing excellent customer service. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in apartment maintenance and possess valid insurance and a driver's license. EPA certification and HVAC training are preferred, along with proficiency in various repair tasks such as plumbing and electrical work. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle on-call emergency work.
