Job Summary
RN travel nursing opportunity with weekly pay and 14-week contracts at Chamberlain Medical Center. Responsibilities include providing individualized nursing care across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up; conducting patient assessment, education, triage, and various nursing interventions; collaborating with inter-professional teams to plan and evaluate care; ensuring practices align with state licensure and nursing standards. Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, current unencumbered RN license (multistate licensure acceptable in NLC states), and at least six months of travel experience. Bachelor’s Degree in nursing is preferred. Contract roles offer benefits and potential extension or relocation to Sanford sites. Job function: Nursing.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Current unencumbered RN license in the practice state (or multistate licensure)
- Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred
- At least six months of travel experience
- Contract length: 14 weeks with option to extend
- 12-hour rotating shifts
- Contract nursing role in travel staffing
- Ability to provide patient care across nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation)
- Knowledge of Nurse Practice Act and standards of practice
