Supports store management in administrative functions including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, onboarding new Associates, maintaining associate personnel files, and handling daily cash office duties; assists with scheduling, expense monitoring, supply inventory, and coverage to ensure a positive customer experience; collaborates with management on associate training, adherence to labor laws, store cleanliness, shrink reduction programs, and safety compliance; requires strong communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changes while working as part of a team.
Required Qualifications
