Full-Time Administrative Assistant

Job Summary
Supports stewardship initiatives and donor relations; maintains organized and confidential files and databases; assists with donor records and gift tracking; provides general administrative support to the Stewardship & Development Department; communicates professionally with donors, staff, and stakeholders; supports stewardship and development initiatives as needed; requires confidentiality, strong organization, and effective communication; proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry; associate degree or equivalent and at least three years of administrative experience; prior donor-donation processing experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a practicing Catholic in good standing
- Strong knowledge of Catholic teachings, practices, and organizational structure
- Associate’s degree in Office Technology, General Business, or related field OR equivalent education, training, and experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of administrative experience
- Experience with receiving, processing, and tracking donations preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry systems
- Excellent communication skills (phone, email, and written correspondence)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and work independently
- Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
