Provide welcoming, service-focused banking at the Ravenna branch by greeting clients, managing lobby flow, and scheduling meetings; assist with day-to-day transactions and open new accounts while ensuring compliance with policies and banking requirements; educate clients on digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) to enable convenient access to banking services; build trusted client relationships by listening, asking questions, and connecting customers with product knowledge and Chase experts to help achieve financial goals; perform branch operations including cash devices while adhering to procedures; requires high school diploma or GED and cash handling experience preferred; role is full-time at the Ravenna, OH location.
