Job Summary
Greet clients as they enter the branch, manage lobby traffic via tablet, and schedule or cancel meetings. Provide account servicing and maintenance while opening new accounts in compliance with policies and regulations. Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions, including self-service options like the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs. Build meaningful relationships by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, and partnering with branch team members to achieve financial goals. Perform branch operations such as managing cash vaults and ATMs while adhering to all bank procedures.
