Job Summary
Associate Banker at Chase Bloomington Main Branch delivers welcoming, attentive service, handles day-to-day transactions, opens new accounts, educates clients on self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs), and builds trusted client relationships while adhering to banking policies. Responsibilities include managing lobby flow, greeting clients, scheduling meetings, performing branch operations (cash devices, vault, ATM), and collaborating with the team to provide seamless service. Requires high school diploma or GED and fluency in English and Spanish; customer-service experience and cash handling are preferred.
Required Qualifications
