Job Summary
Assist memory impaired residents with bathing, grooming, and dressing while maintaining their dignity and promoting independence. Ensure compliance with residents' rights regulations and maintain proper care documentation. Immediately report changes in resident condition, medication issues, or unmet personal care needs to the supervisor. Encourage residents to participate in community activities. Requires CNA, HHA, or PCA certification and one year of caregiving experience. Full-time evening shift from 3pm to 11pm every other weekend. Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred

- One year working in a care giving capacity preferred
