Job Summary
Lead and supervise a customer-focused sales team to drive KPIs and store sales targets in a fast-paced jewellery retailer. Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop Team Members through feedback and training, create exceptional customer service experiences, and contribute to stock management including replenishment, ticketing, and general housekeeping. Drive merchandising in line with promotional guidelines, support retail administration tasks, and leverage a commission-based recognition of sales achievements. This role includes responsibilities for staff leadership, stock movement awareness, and supporting career growth within Prouds The Jewellers Warrnambool. A National Police Criminal History Check is required as part of the recruitment process.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with supervising a customer focused team
- Motivation to create a sales driven atmosphere
- Ability to consistently achieve beyond personal and store sales targets and KPIs
- Demonstrated ability to provide personal and memorable customer service experiences
- A passion for merchandising and stock management whilst thriving in a busy sales environment
- National Police Criminal History Check from the relevant State and/or Territory
