Job Summary
Lead store operations and team performance while delivering exceptional customer experiences daily. Support and coach staff to achieve sales targets, execute VM and promotional directives, and assist with inventory management and stock insights. Uphold Universal Store culture by leading by example and maintaining high brand presentation standards. Work a Sunday–Thursday roster in a fast-paced retail environment. This role offers clear career development paths to Store Manager, including technical and leadership training, within a supportive team culture where your ideas are valued.
Required Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience in retail (Shift Supervisor / 2IC)
- Strong sales focus with ability to motivate and lead a team
- Warm, confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
- Strong operational understanding — VM, stock, store standards
- Flexible, hands-on, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and commitment to brand presentation
- Sunday–Thursday roster
