Job Summary
Lead store operations as the Second in Command at Universal Store in Hurstville, mirroring Store Manager responsibilities to grow a retail leadership career. Responsibilities include leading store operations and team performance, delivering exceptional customer experiences, coaching the team to achieve sales targets, executing visual merchandising and promotional directives, assisting with inventory management and stock insights, and upholding Universal Store culture. Schedule is Tuesday–Saturday with late-night trade and weekends; emphasis on leadership, customer service, and brand standards.
Required Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience in retail (Shift Supervisor / 2IC)
