Job Summary
Diagnose, repair, install, and maintain industrial motors and rotating equipment at customer locations within a 100-mile radius. Review work orders, conduct equipment tests, inspect components, and determine repair solutions by replacing worn parts, performing laser alignments, dynamic balancing, and collecting vibration readings. Verify equipment operation post-repair using specialized tools, maintain service documentation, interpret technical plans, and communicate effectively with customers. Requires a valid driver's license, 3+ years of experience with industrial electromechanical rotating equipment, and ability to work overtime and be on-call one weekend every four weeks.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Valid driver's license
- Millwright experience
- Mechanical aptitude
- 3+ years of experience with industrial electromechanical rotating equipment
- Excellent computer skills
- Possess own tools and toolbox
- Willing and able to be on-call one weekend every 4 weeks
- Ability to understand, perform, and retain skill-related training and operational and safety procedures
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to pass a DOT physical
- Ability to work overtime
