Job Summary
Full Stack Web Engineer at ENWAY (Bucher Municipal) to build end-to-end web applications and tools for fleet dashboards, customer/operator portals, and internal engineering/ops tools. Responsibilities include delivering frontend, backend, and API features; turning live vehicle telemetry and fleet data into clear dashboards and reports; designing robust data models and APIs; building internal tools; owning features from design to production; collaborating with product, design, robotics/software, and operations; contributing to frontend/backend architecture and standards. Required skills include production web app development across frontend and backend, React/Vue/Angular with TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js REST/GraphQL APIs, PostgreSQL data modelling, Git, automated testing, CI/CD, security basics, and an ownership mindset. English fluency is required; German is a nice-to-have. Must have at least 3+ years of professional experience. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and delivering usable software for operators and customers in a startup-pace, industrial-scale context.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional full-time experience
- Experience building and shipping production web applications end to end (frontend and backend)
- Proficiency with a modern frontend framework (e.g. React, Vue, or Angular) and TypeScript/JavaScript
- Solid backend experience (e.g. Node.js) building and maintaining REST and/or GraphQL APIs
- Good command of relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL) and data modelling
- Comfortable with Git, automated testing, and CI/CD
- Solid understanding of web fundamentals, API design, and security basics
- Ownership mindset and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team
- Fluent English
