Job Summary
Full Stack Web Developer responsible for building and integrating front-end and back-end web applications. Requires a Bachelor's degree in CS or related field and 6+ years of professional software development experience. Skills include HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and backend experience with Ruby, PHP, Python, or Java; familiarity with TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL/TLS, REST and SOAP; database proficiency in SQL/MySQL/PostgreSQL; and experience in Agile/Scrum environments. Candidates should have hands-on experience delivering web applications and integrating frontend with backend services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 6 years of professional software development experience
- 4+ years of experience developing Web applications
- Experience using HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript
- Experience integrating Web front ends with back end services built on Ruby, PHP, Python, Java, etc.
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL/TLS, REST and SOAP
- High level understanding of web application frameworks and web service integration
- Proficiency with SQL, MySQL, and/or PostgreSQL databases and query optimizations
- Experience working within an Agile software development process, particularly Scrum
