Job Summary
Own the web applications our team relies on daily (CRM-style internal system, lead integrations, dashboards) and drive AI-enabled workflows end-to-end. Collaborate with designers, installers, and leadership to turn business needs into production software across frontend and backend. Build internal tools, dashboards, and integrations with CRMs, schedulers, and lead pipelines; communicate with non-technical stakeholders; ship reliable software that operators rely on. Expect a mostly-remote role with periodic on-site time at the Glandorf HQ and Powell showroom, with emphasis on delivering value to a contractor/home-services environment. Experience across JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python (Django/FastAPI), C#/.NET, PHP/Laravel, Ruby on Rails, and databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL/SQL Server); familiarity with AWS, CI/CD, APIs, webhooks, and AI-assisted development tools. Bonus familiarity with internal tools or CRMs in contractor/home-services contexts (MarketSharp, JobNimbus, Improveit 360, ServiceTitan, HubSpot) and lead pipelines from Google/Houzz/Angi; ability to contribute to an EOS-style organization and to design and implement scalable internal systems.
