Job Summary
Lead and mentor frontend and backend teams to deliver high-quality software solutions using Laravel, Angular, and MySQL. Architect scalable full-stack systems, optimize database design and SQL queries, and oversee API security and integration. Translate product requirements into technical tasks, plan sprints, assign work, and resolve blockers to ensure timely delivery. Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and manage CI/CD pipelines and release processes. Collaborate with product owners, designers, QA, and DevOps to refine requirements and maintain system performance. Produce technical documentation and lead architectural decision-making. This role requires 7+ years of experience with strong specialization in Laravel, Angular, and MySQL.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software development
- Laravel / PHP for backend
- Angular for frontend
- MySQL for database management
- Strong experience leading full-stack development teams
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication flows, caching, queues, and microservices concepts
- Proficient in Git workflows, CI/CD tools, and modern development pipelines
- Familiarity with responsive design, reusable components, and scalable frontend architecture
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Remote work capability
- Availability for 5 working days
- Availability for Friday and Saturday days off
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with multi-tenant SaaS systems
- Understanding of performance optimization for both frontend and backend
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
