Full Stack Team Lead

Job Summary
Design, code, and manage large-scale, highly available services using React, .NET Core, Redis, Docker, and AWS. Lead decision-making on API design, mechanisms, and abstractions while building new features from UI to database. Write high-quality functional code for both backend and frontend, perform code reviews, and evaluate implementations. Provide technical guidance, set priorities, and mentor developers to ensure successful project execution. This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership to guide the team through complex engineering challenges and directly impact the company's digital intelligence platform used by over 3500 global customers.
Required Qualifications
- extensive experience in software engineering
- experience leading engineers or technical initiatives
- demonstrated experience in backend development (.NET)
- demonstrated experience in frontend (React) development
- previous experience leading developers as a Tech Lead, Team Lead, or Engineering Lead
- Knows how to architect and design scalable and high-performance complex distributed systems
- previous experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch)
- experience leading technical projects and driving solutions from design through production
- experience mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and promoting engineering best practices
- capable of leading a team of developers, providing technical guidance, setting priorities, and ensuring successful execution of projects
- strong communication and collaboration skills
- Is comfortable taking on challenges and learning new technologies
- Is a team player who can also work independently

- Experience working with AI technologies, including LLMs, AI agents, or AI-powered product features
