Full-Stack Team Lead

Job Summary
Full-Stack Team Lead to head a cross-functional engineering team building an AI-powered conversational platform. You will lead backend Python microservices and frontend development (JavaScript/React), own architectural decisions for both backend and frontend, and collaborate with PMs and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. The role includes overseeing real-time voice integrations (SIP/WebRTC/LiveKit), third-party platform integrations (Zoho CRM, Google/Microsoft Calendar), ensuring multi-tenant SaaS patterns and regulatory compliance, supporting CI/CD and AWS deployments (ECS, Docker), participating in sprint planning and governance, and driving engineering standards and code reviews across teams. 7+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2 years in a tech lead capacity are required. Nice-to-have: experience with real-time voice systems, AI/LLM exposure, IaC, and metered billing. Fluent English communication and experience in Agile/Scrum environments are expected.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- at least 2 years in a tech lead or team lead capacity
- Strong proficiency in Python and backend microservices architecture
- Solid experience with frontend development (JavaScript, React)
- Hands-on experience with AWS services: ECS, CloudWatch, Secrets Manager, S3
- Experience with REST API design, authentication, and RBAC models
- Familiarity with Docker/Docker Compose and CI/CD pipelines (Bitbucket Pipelines or similar)
- Proven ability to lead engineers, run code reviews, and drive technical alignment across teams
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; ability to interface with non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
