Full-stack Software Engineer

Senior full-stack software engineer responsible for building and maintaining features end-to-end across a Python/Flask backend, REST APIs, PostgreSQL, and an Angular frontend. Work across the stack, contribute to the design system and Storybook library, and collaborate directly with product owners, designers, domain experts, and customers. Expect to participate in ongoing initiatives such as monorepo migration, NgRx refactor, and a design system rollout, while delivering high-quality code with Cypress end-to-end tests and maintainable CI pipelines. Daily use of AI coding tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude, etc.) and strong emphasis on calm, clear communication and mentoring teammates. Hybrid work arrangement with Leiden-based office in the Netherlands, and a culture of autonomy and direct collaboration with users and stakeholders.
