Full Stack Software Engineer

Full-stack software developer to join enterprise team as a forward-deployed engineer. Lead client engagements end to end, building custom software solutions on the Software Factory platform and contribute to core platform development. Own the complete lifecycle of the software you create (development, testing, operation, maintenance, and support). Lead technical design discussions with client stakeholders and articulate well-engineered solutions to complex, ambiguous problems. Evaluate and leverage AI tools to improve productivity for yourself and the team. Collaborate within a small, high-caliber engineering team built on ownership and candor. Required: expertise in full-stack web development (Python, TypeScript, React, AWS); ability to own problems end to end; strong verbal and written communication; demonstrated ownership mindset; experience building, shipping, and operating software in production. Desirable: startup or founding engineer background; experience integrating LLMs or AI/ML infrastructure; DevOps/cloud infrastructure experience (GitHub Actions, Docker, AWS CDK); data engineering or data science background.
