Job Summary
Design and deliver secure, production-grade full-stack software solutions using Java, React, and microservices architectures. Build high-quality code, debug complex issues, and implement automation to improve application resiliency and operational stability. Partner in technical evaluations with vendors and internal teams to assess architecture and platform fit while leveraging enterprise-authorized AI coding tools to accelerate delivery and validate outputs against secure standards. Contribute to engineering communities by sharing knowledge and promoting best practices within the Software Development Life Cycle.
Required Qualifications
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts
- Expanding applied experience in software engineering
- Hands-on experience contributing to system design
- Hands-on experience in application development
- Hands-on experience in testing
- Hands-on experience in production support
- Hands-on experience in operational stability
- Strong proficiency in Java
- Proficiency with common frameworks such as Spring Boot
- Proficiency with Hibernate
- Proficiency with JPA
- Proficiency with Spring Kafka
- Working knowledge of microservices architectures
- Working knowledge of Kafka
- Working knowledge of other messaging architectures
- Working knowledge of event-driven architectures
- Experience with automation
- Experience with continuous delivery practices
- Experience with build automation
- Experience with test automation
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Proficiency across the Software Development Life Cycle
- Understanding of requirements within the SDLC
- Understanding of design within the SDLC

- Understanding of data sensitivity considerations in AI workflows
- Understanding of secure handling of inputs/outputs in AI workflows
