Job Summary
Full-Stack Software Engineer on Fleet Connect to build operator-facing software and backend services for real-time monitoring, control, and coordination of Apollo deployments. Responsibilities include developing frontend and backend features for fleet management, building dashboards and service integrations to surface robot state, job progress, and system health, contributing to APIs and data flows that connect the software stack with fleet coordination and enterprise systems, implementing data storage and retrieval for telemetry and reporting, collaborating with UI/UX to translate workflows into responsive interfaces, and ensuring software quality through reviews, testing, and iterative improvements; required skills include Python or TypeScript, React, REST APIs, PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD, with preferred experience in gRPC, Protocol Buffers, OPC UA/Modbus TCP/EtherNet/IP, and prior exposure to fleet management or multi-robot coordination.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Minimum of 3 years of professional, full-time experience building and maintaining reliable software systems
- Experience working in agile development environments is desirable
