Job Summary
Full Stack Software Engineer role focused on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions. Responsibilities include managing the full software development lifecycle from conception to deployment, upgrading software post-deployment, guiding analysis and deployment of software, overseeing automated testing and providing feedback, and developing microservices and RESTful APIs. Candidate should be proficient in multiple programming languages, especially Python with 5+ years OO experience, have 2+ years JavaScript/TypeScript experience, and be comfortable in an Agile/Scrum environment with cloud familiarity (AWS/Azure) and modern front-end frameworks (React/Angular). Requires a Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field and an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph. Location-based roles in Aurora, CO and Philadelphia, PA; in-person work expected. Salary range: $82,100-$172,400 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in object-oriented languages with emphasis on Python
- At least 2 years of JavaScript or TypeScript experience
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, architects, engineers)
- Understanding of the full SDLC (requirements, design, coding, testing, deployment, maintenance)
- Ability to write clean, efficient, well-documented, testable code
- Experience in unit, integration, and system testing
- Experience with microservices and RESTful APIs
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development
- Experience with cloud computing
- Active TS/SCI U.S. Government Security Clearance with Polygraph
- Desirable: AWS or Azure, Kubernetes, React/Angular, Git/Gitlab, Jira/Confluence
- IAT Level II or III certification (Security+, CISSP, or CASP)
