Job Summary
Build customer-facing and internal product features end to end for BJAK's AI Neobank app, developing web flows, backend APIs, admin tools, and operational systems. Integrate APIs, handle data flows, and improve production reliability while using analytics and feedback to refine features post-launch. Work with product, design, mobile, and operations teams to launch fast across insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, and financial services. Help build tools that reduce manual work and improve speed across the business. This role requires 3+ years of full stack experience and is open to US-based candidates.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of full stack software engineering experience
- Strong frontend and backend fundamentals
- Experience with modern web frameworks, APIs, databases and production systems
- Good product sense, UX awareness and attention to detail
- Comfortable debugging across the stack
- Strong English communication
- Must be based in United States
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in fintech, insurtech, marketplace, consumer apps or high-volume platforms
