Full Stack Software Engineer - AI Neobank App (Taiwan)

Job Summary
Build customer-facing and internal product features end to end, developing web flows, backend APIs, admin tools, dashboards, and operational systems for insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, and financial services. Integrate APIs, manage data flows, and improve production reliability while using analytics and feedback to refine features post-launch. Collaborate with product, design, mobile, and operations teams to launch quickly, and help build tools that reduce manual work and accelerate business speed. This hybrid role in Taiwan requires at least three days in-office and strong English communication, targeting product-minded engineers with 3+ years of full-stack experience who can turn rough requirements into working products.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of full stack software engineering experience
- Strong frontend and backend fundamentals
- Experience with modern web frameworks, APIs, databases and production systems
- Able to build useful products quickly without needing perfect specs
- Good product sense, UX awareness and attention to detail
- Comfortable debugging across the stack
- Strong English communication
- Must be able to work from our Taiwan office at least 3 days per week

- Experience in fintech, insurtech, marketplace, consumer apps or high-volume platforms
