Job Summary
Build customer-facing and internal product features end to end, developing web flows, backend APIs, admin tools, and operational systems. Integrate APIs, manage data flows, and improve production reliability while using analytics and feedback to refine features post-launch. Work with product, design, mobile, and operations teams to launch fast, helping build tools that reduce manual work and improve business speed. Take ownership from build to launch and post-launch fixes, turning rough requirements into working products across insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, and financial services. Based in Portugal with English as the primary working language.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of full stack software engineering experience
- Strong frontend and backend fundamentals
- Experience with modern web frameworks, APIs, databases and production systems
- Good product sense, UX awareness and attention to detail
- Comfortable debugging across the stack
- Strong English communication
- Must be based in Portugal
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in fintech, insurtech, marketplace, consumer apps or high-volume platforms
