Full Stack Software Engineer - AI Neobank App (Poland)

Job Summary
Build customer-facing and internal product features end to end for BJAK's AI Neobank app, developing web flows, backend APIs, admin tools, and operational systems. Integrate APIs, handle data flows, and improve production reliability while using analytics and feedback to refine features post-launch. Work with product, design, mobile, and operations teams to launch fast, helping build tools that reduce manual work and improve business speed. This role is for product-minded engineers who can turn rough requirements into working products quickly, moving across frontend, backend, and internal tools without needing perfect specs. Candidates must be based in Poland with strong English communication.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of full stack software engineering experience
- Strong frontend and backend fundamentals
- Experience with modern web frameworks, APIs, databases and production systems
- Good product sense, UX awareness and attention to detail
- Comfortable debugging across the stack
- Strong English communication
- Must be based in Poland
- English is our main working language
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in fintech, insurtech, marketplace, consumer apps or high-volume platforms
