Job Summary
Build customer-facing and internal product features end to end, developing web flows, backend APIs, admin tools, dashboards, and operational systems. Integrate APIs, handle data flows, and improve production reliability while using analytics and feedback to refine features post-launch. Work with product, design, mobile, and operations teams to launch fast across insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, and financial services. Turn rough requirements into working products by thinking about user flow, backend logic, and business processes together. Take ownership from build to launch to post-launch fixes, ensuring systems remain maintainable while moving quickly.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of full stack software engineering experience
- Strong frontend and backend fundamentals
- Experience with modern web frameworks, APIs, databases and production systems
- Good product sense, UX awareness and attention to detail
- Comfortable debugging across the stack
- Strong English communication
- Candidates must be based in Netherlands
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in fintech, insurtech, marketplace, consumer apps or high-volume platforms
