Job Summary
Build customer-facing and internal product features end to end, developing web flows, backend APIs, admin tools, and operational systems. Integrate APIs, manage data flows, and improve production reliability while using analytics and feedback to refine features post-launch. Work with product, design, mobile, and operations teams to launch fast, helping build tools that reduce manual work and improve business speed. This role supports products across insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, and financial services. Candidates must be based in Indonesia with strong full stack fundamentals and the ability to turn rough requirements into working products quickly.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of full stack software engineering experience
- Strong frontend and backend fundamentals
- Experience with modern web frameworks, APIs, databases and production systems
- Able to build useful products quickly without needing perfect specs
- Good product sense, UX awareness and attention to detail
- Comfortable debugging across the stack
- Strong English communication
- Candidates must be based in Indonesia
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in fintech, insurtech, marketplace, consumer apps or high-volume platforms
