Full Stack Software Engineer - AI Neobank App (India)

Job Summary
Build customer-facing and internal product features end to end across BJAK's AI Neobank app, developing web flows, backend APIs, admin tools, and operational systems. Integrate APIs, handle data flows, and improve production reliability while working with product, design, mobile, and operations teams to launch fast. Use analytics, feedback, and production issues to refine features post-launch and help build tools that reduce manual work. This role is for product-minded engineers who can turn rough requirements into working products quickly, moving across frontend, backend, and internal tools to support insurance, payments, savings, investing, and travel services. Candidates must be based in India with 3+ years of full stack experience.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of full stack software engineering experience
- Strong frontend and backend fundamentals
- Experience with modern web frameworks, APIs, databases and production systems
- Able to build useful products quickly without needing perfect specs
- Good product sense, UX awareness and attention to detail
- Comfortable debugging across the stack
- Strong English communication
- Candidates must be based in India
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in fintech, insurtech, marketplace, consumer apps or high-volume platforms
