Full Stack Software Engineer - AI Neobank App (Germany)

Job Summary
Build customer-facing and internal product features end to end for BJAK's AI Neobank app, developing web flows, backend APIs, admin tools, and operational systems. Integrate APIs, manage data flows, and improve production reliability while working with product, design, and mobile teams to launch fast. Use analytics and feedback to refine features post-launch and help build tools that reduce manual work across insurance, payments, savings, investing, and travel services. This role requires 3+ years of full stack experience, strong fundamentals in modern frameworks and databases, and the ability to turn rough requirements into working products quickly. Candidates must be based in Germany with strong English communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of full stack software engineering experience
- Strong frontend and backend fundamentals
- Experience with modern web frameworks, APIs, databases and production systems
- Good product sense, UX awareness and attention to detail
- Comfortable debugging across the stack
- Strong English communication
- Must be based in Germany
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in fintech, insurtech, marketplace, consumer apps or high-volume platforms
