Job Summary
Full-Stack Software Engineer to join AeroVironment’s Analytic and Engineering Solutions Division to develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems based on documented requirements. You will work as part of a team supporting a critical mission area, build and support software applications, and collaborate with mission stakeholders. Responsibilities include full-stack application development with opportunities to focus on frontend, backend, or UI, leveraging modern development tools and best practices, and using AI to generate code alongside COTS/GOTS products to drive solutions. The role requires collaboration with customers and stakeholders to implement enhancements that elevate user experience, and experience with UI development using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related field
- 7+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing object-oriented software solutions with an emphasis on industry best practices
- TS/SCI with Polygraph
