Job Summary
Design, build, and maintain robust user-facing features using ReactJS, Tailwind CSS, and PostgreSQL. Architect and optimize scalable backend systems and data models while leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality. Work closely with team members to plan, design, and deliver high-impact features for a leadership development platform focused on assessing and measuring organizational effectiveness. This role requires overlapping US business hours and is part of a small, collaborative remote team.
Required Qualifications
- Deep expertise in ReactJS, with a proven ability to build complex, production-ready web applications
- Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL, including database architecture, performance optimization, and data integrity
- Advanced experience using Tailwind CSS or utility-first CSS frameworks for responsive UI development
- Demonstrated ability to effectively use AI tools to enhance development workflows and outcomes
