Job Summary
Full-Stack Product Engineer at The Flex to take ideas from concept to production by designing, building, testing, and launching features that create measurable business impact. You will own customer problems, move fast, create automation, build internal tools and dashboards, and connect external systems (Airbnb, Stripe, Hostaway, Twilio, Google, OpenAI). You will leverage AI-powered features to improve productivity and customer experience, ensure reliability and scalability as the platform grows internationally, and work closely with founders and operations to translate challenges into elegant software solutions. Must-have capabilities include strong full-stack development, production-grade web app experience, API and database understanding, product-minded and user-centric thinking, independence and ownership, problem-solving, and excellent written communication. Nice-to-have items include FastAPI, React/TypeScript, AI/LLM experience, startup experience, and PropTech/SaaS familiarity.
