Job Summary
Lead end-to-end development of robust applications in Node.js and React, designing scalable REST/GraphQL APIs and efficient data models to support business growth. Bridge technical solutions with client needs by managing expectations, explaining functional value without jargon, and translating Figma designs into pixel-perfect interfaces. Challenge ticket scope by proposing UX and logic improvements to maximize ROI, utilizing AI tools to accelerate complex architectural tasks. Drive proactive identification of bottlenecks and own the full product lifecycle from architecture to deployment.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years working in agile environments
- Advanced mastery of React
- Advanced mastery of TypeScript
- Ability to translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect and fluid interfaces
- Solid experience in Node.js
- Solid experience in Python
- Solid experience in PHP
- Focus on security and performance
- Expert management of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
- Expert management of NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis)
- Knowledge of CI/CD
- Knowledge of Docker
- Deployment in cloud environments (AWS, Google Cloud, or Supabase)
- Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with empathy and clarity
- Proactivity in identifying bottlenecks and proposing solutions before they affect the client
- Ownership of the final product success
