Job Summary
Lead the creation of intuitive, user-centric designs for digital products across web and mobile; collaborate closely with UX, product, and technology teams to develop design concepts, hand off assets to developers, and ensure responsive, accessible interfaces aligned with brand guidelines; balance user needs with business goals, guide design team members, and drive engagement and loyalty through iterative research, prototyping, and systemized design components.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer or Product Designer
- Portfolio demonstrating proven experience designing, iterating and shipping digital product solutions
- Proficiency in Figma
- Experience designing products with a high level of complexity, helping to guide them from inception to release
- Excellent visual design skills with proficiency in typography, UI, information architecture, and aesthetic sense
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Fluency in English (verbal and written)
- A growth mindset, eager for collaboration and experimentation
- Experience designing for web (including mobile web) and native mobile applications
