Full-Stack .NET Developer (m/f)

Job Summary
Develop full-stack web applications using .NET Core and ASP.NET technologies, building user interfaces with Razor and optimizing backend logic, data flows, and integrations. Manage SQL databases by writing queries, optimizing performance, and maintaining data structures while integrating applications with internal and external systems via APIs. Analyze business requirements to translate them into technical solutions, document functionalities and user requirements, and test, troubleshoot, and optimize existing applications. Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and end users to participate in IT project planning, coordination, and progress tracking, while organizing meetings and providing training and support. Identify opportunities to optimize business processes and propose improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Experience developing full-stack web applications using .NET Core / ASP.NET technologies
- Knowledge of Razor Pages or similar technologies within the Microsoft web ecosystem
- Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Understanding of API integrations, REST services, and data exchange between systems
- Ability to work across frontend, backend, database, and integration layers
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
- Excellent English language skills
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Organized, independent, and responsible approach to work
- Team-oriented mindset and proactive problem-solving attitude
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI
- Experience in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Experience in IT project management or project coordination
- Experience communicating with clients and facilitating user workshops
- Experience preparing technical and user documentation
- Experience optimizing business processes through digital solutions
