Job Summary
Senior Full Stack Lead Software Engineer responsible for driving the architecture and delivery of Java/React-based digital web experiences for a financial services audience. Lead the CMS-based marketing platform redesign, focus on AI-driven personalization, and secure, scalable production code. Collaborate with global development teams and marketing stakeholders to deliver features such as fund explorer, investment comparison tools, and subscription capabilities for product literature, ensuring compliant, high-performance client experiences across high-traffic pages. Champion modern web technologies, platform modernization, and an integrated marketing technology ecosystem while mentoring senior engineers and aligning with business requirements and SLAs.
Required Qualifications
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts
- 5+ years applied experience
- Hands-on expertise in React, Java Script / Type Script, Java Springboot, and Microservices
- Proven experience leading technology projects as a senior engineer
- Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods
- Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle
- Advanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security
- Demonstrated proficiency in software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.)
- In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and their IT systems
- Practical cloud native experience
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar enterprise CMS platforms
- Experience designing and implementing AI-driven personalization features
