Job Summary
Seeking a skilled Full Stack Infrastructure Engineer focused on automated patching and security updates in AWS Cloud environments. Responsibilities include collaborating with Agile Scrum teams to design, test, and implement advanced cybersecurity software solutions. Essential skills include overseeing production systems, performing automated security updates and remediation of findings, and utilizing Python, Ansible, and AWS tools. Qualifications required are U.S. Citizenship, active security clearance, and significant experience in software development and infrastructure engineering.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship
- Active Secret clearance (with the ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance and DHS Suitability)
- 8+ years of directly relevant software development experience
- 2+ years of directly relevant experience in Agile full stack infrastructure engineering
- Proficiency in Python and Pip for software development and automation
- Working with WIZ or Nessus vulnerability findings, reporting, including analysis and automated remediation
- Demonstrated experience supporting production environments in the AWS Cloud Environment
- Automated patching and update pipelines for remediation of security findings
- Hands-on experience with AWS Systems Manager Patch Manager
- Proficiency with Ansible for automation and configuration management
- Demonstrated experience analyzing and automatically remediating CVE findings
- Working knowledge of AWS CLI, Python System Package Updates, Python local Package Updates, Python, venv Updates, Windows updates and Linux Yum updates
Desired Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge and experience in investigating and automating the remediation of security vulnerabilities
- Experience with AWS CloudWatch
