Job Summary
Full Stack Engineer responsible for end-to-end system analysis, design, development, and implementation of complex applications and databases; drive backend optimization, data integration, and secure, scalable architecture aligned with enterprise standards while working closely with cross-functional teams. Lead and translate technical specifications into high-quality, tested, and maintainable code for new builds and enhancements; mentor junior team members; participate in design, code, and testing reviews; ensure adherence to IT and Information Security policies; leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery; support deployments across development, test, and production environments; contribute to continuous improvement and special projects.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years in software development, system integration, database design, and backend architecture
- Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science or related field
- Strong expertise in backend and API development
- Experience with React/Angular (full-stack exposure preferred)
- Experience with data ingestion and data pipeline development
- Hands-on experience with PySpark and large-scale data processing frameworks
- Solid understanding of database design, SQL, performance tuning, and debugging
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (ECS, Fargate, Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, IAM, CloudFormation)
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools and practices (GitHub, TDD/BDD)
- Experience using AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code
- Monitoring and observability tools (Splunk, Honeycomb)
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence)
- AWS Cloud Practitioner certification preferred
- Financial services domain knowledge preferred
- Hybrid working model communication and collaboration skills
