Job Summary
Design and build foundational pieces of the agentic security platform, including autonomous agents that investigate alerts, triage threats, and close cases with minimal human input. Own end-to-end design and delivery of features, shipping platform, agent, or integration capabilities at high velocity while deploying into live production environments with full ownership of monitoring, stability, and post-launch iteration. Collaborate with founders, product, and customer-facing teams to transform messy real-world security operations into scalable product experiences. Architect high-scale, multi-tenant backend systems and ingestion pipelines that securely support dozens of security teams, ensuring distributed execution, traceability, and data quality.
Required Qualifications
- Strong backend development experience (Python/Go/Node preferred)
- Solid understanding of distributed systems fundamentals
- Experience with microservices, async execution, event streams
- Familiarity with cloud infra (AWS/GCP/Azure), containers, CI/CD
- Ownership mindset — ability to take a problem from zero → shipped

- Understand distributed systems + AI fundamentals deeply
- Enjoy reading RFCs, research papers & learning new tech
- Worked on SIEM, SOAR, EDR platforms OR cyber security data pipelines
- Knowledge of RAG, vector DBs, embeddings, Eval frameworks
- LangChain / LangGraph / agent implementations
- Obsessed with writing clean tests, docs, and elegant abstractions
