Job Summary
Build and deliver customer-facing features end to end across both the frontend and backend, working closely with Customer Success and Product to turn feature requests and bug reports into released improvements. Contribute to backend services using Ruby on Rails, Java, and other languages while maintaining tooling and engineering practices to ensure reliable delivery. Move between different product areas including Payments, Account Takeover, Dispute Management, Console, Workflows, and the API as priorities shift. This full-stack role requires hands-on React experience and willingness to work across Sift's diverse technical domains to support high-impact work reaching production quickly.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years building React applications (React, React Query, React Router)
- familiarity with common testing tools such as Jest and Cypress
- At least one year of backend experience in any language
- A degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- willingness to work with Ruby on Rails or Java
